The following instructions are for analyzing text or RTF
(Rich Text Files) on your local computer.

Click the "Text Conversion" tab, and then the "Open" icon
from the menu.

Browse to your document directory and select the document
you would like to analyze. Click "Open."

Cipher 1000 will load your document, and display a character
count. When you are ready to begin, click "Process."

Cipher 1000 will begin using crunching data based on the
numerical scheme you selected. There is an animated graphic in the
output window to show you it is working.

After the calculations have been made, Cipher 1000 will
create an HTML file. This will take a few seconds, depending on the
amount of system resources available and the size of the text.

When Cipher 1000 is finished, you will see two tables in the Output Window. The very top will show the Key that was used for the analysis.
The Processed Text Table will contain the actual text followed by each word's numerical value. Clicking on a number will take you to the Word List Table displaying all words sharing he same value.
The HTML file, can now be saved for use on your web site,
or added to a dictionary for later analysis.

To save the HTML page, select "Output" from the menu,
and choose "Save Output." This brings up the familiar "Save As" window.
Give the file a name, browse to the desired directory and click "Save."

To save the document to the Dictionary just click "Add
to Dictionary."
The Dictionary is independent of numerical schemes,
which means you can analyze the contents of the Dictionary using different
Keys.
